I build operational AI systems for small professional practices. The kind that automate real workflow — not the kind that demo well and gather dust.
This grew out of building systems for my own businesses. After seventeen years running real estate transactions, managing an automotive retail operation, and teaching high school mathematics, I started automating the repetitive parts. What began as scripts and spreadsheets became infrastructure: LLM gateways, semantic memory systems, automated pipelines. I learned by building, and now I build for others.
