My work has taken me from real estate investment models to the daily finances of a small business. I've built Excel models for project feasibility and partner distributions, presented to an investment committee, and handled the books, payroll, financing and reporting that keep a business running.

Alongside that work, I've stayed active in Texas real estate since 2009. My experience includes single-family investor acquisitions, rural and ranch transactions, probate and estate sales, and some commercial sales and leasing.

Building with AI is now part of my daily work. I use it to develop software for reporting, reconciliation, compliance tracking and property research. I work through what a tool needs to do, build it with AI, and check its output against the records behind it.

I'm interested in taking this experience further in business finance and commercial real estate analysis. That brings me closer to the finance, economics and real estate work I studied, with practical business experience to draw on.

I'm a four-stripe blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. My Spanish grew through study in Spain, backpacking Central America and years of daily business use. San Antonio is home.
